Great for when your working or in the car with no hot water bottle

I get terrible pains so I decided to try this out and I’m so happy I did. You just stick it to your underwear or clothes (never on your skin) and let it heat up. As long as there’s no pressure over it like jeans pushing into it then you can really feel the heat of it

I bought the Cura Heat Period pain and it never fails. The heat from it is amazing.

I have always found that a hot water bottle is effective but it is not always possible to have one. I find these heat pads very useful and I always have them to hand. Definately recommended!
