All NHS prescription items are sent to you free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. For expediated delivery please use Tracked 24. 

Private Prescriptions

Estimated delivery dates are based on orders that are not placed on hold for ID or clinical concerns.

All packages are delivered in brown discreet unbranded packaging without any mention of e-Surgery or Pharmacy. Our fully tracked service lets you check where your medication is at each step of your order. A signature is required only for Special Delivery items. 

Please be aware that issues with verifying you are over the age of 18 or any queries our clinicians might have about your medication can lead to delays in shipment. We will always get in touch as soon as possible if this is the case. 

Our online pharmacy and prescription service is only available to individuals in England, Scotland and Wales.

Please keep in mind only orders placed before 4:00pm on normal weekdays are dispatched on the same day. This is to give our clinicians and pharmacy staff enough time to check over the answers to your health questionnaire, issue and pack your medication before it is collected by the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail collects our orders at 1pm and 4pm. 

   **Next day delivery guarantee & Sunday deliveries do not include remote Scottish highlands and the British Isles. Delivery to these locations can take longer. 

If you have any issues with the delivery of your product, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] . We will be unable to help you if your item tracking details state the item has been delivered and you are contacting us 14 days after the date of your stated delivery.
