Clotrimazole 1% Cream is an antifungal treatment used to treat skin infections such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, jock itch, and fungal nappy rash. It works by damaging the cell membranes of the fungi, stopping their growth and eventually destroying them. Clotrimazole also helps relieve symptoms such as itching, redness, and irritation associated with these infections. The cream is applied thinly to the affected area two to three times daily and should be used for the full recommended course, even if symptoms improve, to prevent the infection from returning. It is suitable for adults and children, including babies for nappy rash treatment.
