Clarinaze Nasal Spray treats hay fever and allergic rhinitis symptoms including sneezing, runny nose, and nasal congestion. The antihistamine spray works directly in the nasal passages to block allergic reactions and provide long-lasting relief from seasonal and perennial allergies.
Have a question? We’re here to help.
Yes. Clarinaze contains mometasone furoate, a steroid medicine (also called a corticosteroid). When it’s sprayed into the nose, it helps to relieve inflammation in the nose, which eases allergy symptoms such as a blocked, itchy or runny nose.
Clarinaze is used by adults aged 18 and over to treat the nasal symptoms of hay fever (seasonal allergic rhinitis) and of year-round nasal allergy (perennial allergic rhinitis), such as allergies to pets, mould or dust. These symptoms include a blocked nose, sneezing and an itchy or runny nose.
Some people with hay fever notice an improvement within 12 hours of the first dose, but you may not feel the full benefit for the first 2 days. Keep using it regularly, as it works best when used every day.
If your symptoms haven’t improved after 14 days, speak to your prescriber or pharmacist.
