Easy to use, and readily available to buy. Good if trying to stop smoking or reduce th3 amount you smoke. Nice flavour

The Nicorette Freshmint Gum didn't really work for me as for regular smoker. Like every chewing gum extends the lighting of the next cigarette . Feels no big difference.
