Travel sickness occurs due to sensory conflict in the brain, specifically between visual perception and the vestibular system in the inner ear. When movement is perceived differently by these systems, it triggers a mismatch that can cause symptoms like nausea, dizziness, vomiting, cold sweats, and disorientation.

If you take too many Stugeron (Cinnarizine) Tablets, contact a doctor or nearest A&E department immediately, taking the pack and any remaining tablets with you.
The usual dose in adults and children over 12 years old is 2 tablets two hours before travelling, and 1 tablet every eight hours during the journey. If it is being taken by children aged 5-12 years, 1 tablet should be taken two hours before travelling, and ½ tablet every eight hours during the journey.
Stugeron (Cinnarizine) Tablets can have side-effects, like all medicines, although these don’t affect side effects don’t affect everyone and are usually mild. The common side effects experienced are drowsiness, nausea, upset stomach, and increased weight.
