What if I take more Kwells 300mcg 12 Tablets (Hyoscine Hydrobromide) than recommended?
Tell your doctor or contact your nearest accident and emergency department if you have taken too many of these tablets. If you take too many of these tablets, you may experience symptoms such as a fast or irregular heartbeat, difficulty passing water, blurred vision or dislike of bright lights. You may also experience hallucinations.

To help avoid travel sickness, you can:
- Sit with your head tilted back to stabilise the ears balancing mechanism
- Ensure that the vehicle you are travelling in is well ventilated
- Try to have a clear view of the window
- Have something to eat before your journey to help keep your stomach settled, but avoid greasy food
- If travelling by car, take regular breaks for exercise
- If in an aeroplane, you can ease ear pressure by sucking a boiled sweet during takeoff and landing
- Never read
- Avoid strong smelling food, perfume, smoke, or petrol fumes.

Ingredients

Warnings
You should not take Kwells Tablets if you:

- Have any of the following conditions: Glaucoma, Blockage of intestines (Paralytic ileus), Narrowing of stomach outlet (Pyloric stenosis), Myasthenia gravis, or enlarged prostate gland.
Before taking Kwells tablets, you should see your doctor if you:
- Are over 60 years of age.
- Are under medical care, especially for heart, metabolic, gastrointestinal, liver or kidney conditions.
- Have previously had a sudden painful inability to pass urine.
- Have ulcerative colitis.
- Have diarrhoea or fever.
- Have Down’s Syndrome.
- Suffer from seizures or fits.
