The consultation is an online questionnaire on the e-Surgery website where you’ll answer various questions about your COPD condition and medical history. Once completed, the information will be passed to our prescribers who will confirm if this is the right treatment plan for you.

There are no additional requirements beyond completing the online consultation. The prescriber may request further clarification or details from you if needed before finalising the treatment plan.
