The consultation will be an online questionnaire asking you a series of questions, mostly multiple-choice, about your medical history, weight and other weight loss medications you’ve used.

After completion, your answers will be reviewed by one of our prescribers who will determine if the Weight Loss Injectable Medication is right for you.

The online consultation is typically the only requirement before being able to order a weight loss injectable from e-Surgery, if deemed appropriate by our prescriber. We may reach out for any additional information needed.
